These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Member", "Player", or "you") and Boleh88 (hereinafter "boleh88", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at boleh88.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Site").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Boleh88 reserves the right to deny service to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on boleh88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register accounts.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on boleh88 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of boleh88 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming service providers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on boleh88. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, identity document, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifier — constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

At registration, you are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, contact email address, phone number, and preferred currency. All information must be accurate and match the identity documents you would provide during KYC verification.

4.2 KYC Verification

Boleh88 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to:

• Prior to processing any withdrawal request exceeding MYR 5,000;
• Where our fraud prevention systems flag unusual activity;
• Upon request as part of routine compliance procedures.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or government-issued photo identification card, accompanied by recent proof of address where required. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Boleh88 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify boleh88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Boleh88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Boleh88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment network. Boleh88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Boleh88 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit that triggers our fraud monitoring systems pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the account or that have been successfully verified through KYC.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods.
• Approved withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary based on payment method and bank processing schedules.
• Boleh88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Terms violation.
• Withdrawal requests involving bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

All bets and wagers placed on boleh88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the specific market rules provide for cash-out functionality.
• In the event of a result being contested, subject to official appeal, or reversed by the relevant governing body, boleh88 reserves the right to void or revise the settlement of affected bets in accordance with the ruling of the relevant authority.
• Boleh88 reserves the right to limit, void, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where minimum odds conditions are not met or where the stake exceeds account betting limits.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to real-time fluctuation. A bet is accepted only when boleh88 issues a confirmed bet receipt. Bets placed during connection interruptions may not be recorded.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games on boleh88 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by professional dealers under studio conditions.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software fault, boleh88 reserves the right to void all affected rounds and refund the relevant stakes. No winnings arising from a clearly erroneous game result will be honoured.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products on boleh88. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to revision without prior notice. VIP Members may be eligible for enhanced bet limits at boleh88's discretion.

Boleh88 offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered members aged 21 and above who have accepted the relevant promotional offer in accordance with the stated claim procedure.
• Boleh88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Boleh88 may, at its sole discretion, exclude specific members from promotional eligibility.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Where a wagering requirement is expressed as, for example, x10 on a RM100 bonus, the member must place total qualifying bets of RM1,000 before the resultant balance becomes withdrawable.
• Game contribution rates apply: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live dealer products typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are disclosed on the bonus terms page.
• Bets placed at odds of less than 1.50 on sports markets do not contribute toward sports bonus wagering requirements.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is MYR 300 per round or selection, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unconverted bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on the applicable promotion page, typically between 7 and 30 days from credit. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the boleh88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any material respect.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or a third-party identity, for the purpose of circumventing account limits or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers, including bonus hunting, matched betting using multiple accounts, or collusion between members to manipulate promotion eligibility.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit market inefficiencies, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix outcomes in poker, casino tournaments, or any other head-to-head game format available on boleh88.
• Money Laundering: Using boleh88 as a vehicle for depositing funds derived from illegal activities or for the purpose of structuring transactions to obscure illicit proceeds. Boleh88 cooperates fully with financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider in respect of legitimate deposits made to boleh88.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to boleh88's systems, databases, or other members' accounts.

Boleh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may trigger account action include, without limitation: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or upon a member's own self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account wallet (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the member via the original deposit method, subject to KYC clearance. Bonus balances and winnings generated in violation of these Terms will not be returned.

All content on the boleh88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and data — is the exclusive property of boleh88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercialise any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from boleh88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boleh88 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Boleh88's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their boleh88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Boleh88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results at any given moment, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which boleh88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, members are encouraged to contact boleh88's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. The majority of account disputes are resolved at the first point of contact within 24 hours.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction that mandatorily applies to this agreement.

Boleh88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools designed to assist members in maintaining control over their gambling activity. These tools include voluntary deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

All members are reminded that gambling should be regarded as entertainment and not as a source of income. Boleh88 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Boleh88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least five (5) business days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
